Nutty Choco Banana Balls (Vegan/ Dairy/ Gluten Free)

The perfect sweet treat to take with you on the go.

Ingredients:

1½ cups oat flour (gluten free)

½ cup chocolate protein powder

¼ tsp. salt

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

¼ cup stevia

1 overripe banana (mashed)

2 tbsp. walnuts (chopped)

2 tbsp. dairy free milk chocolate chunks

¼ cup almond nut butter

¼ cup almond milk

Directions:

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Combine the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, salt, cocoa powder, and stevia. Mix in the banana, walnuts and chocolate chunks.

3. Melt the almond nut butter in the microwave and add it to the dry mixture. Pour the milk in a little at a time until you form a thick but smooth batter.

4. Roll the dough into balls using your hands and arrange them on the cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 20-25 minutes before enjoying.
